Job summary

OpenAI seeks an experienced GTM Recruiter to build critical teams in Sales and Technical Solutions. You will act as a strategic talent partner, shaping how we attract, assess, and hire top GTM talent globally.

You’ll own searches end-to-end and collaborate with regional and global teams to scale OpenAI’s GTM organisation thoughtfully and with high quality. You’ll report to the regional recruiting lead and work with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, navigate markets, and deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring for GTM functions (Sales, Technical Solutions, Partnerships, etc.).
• Strong judgment to assess experience and potential and raise the bar.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
• Experience building pipelines in competitive or emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, from scoping to offer and close.
• Develop proactive, data-informed sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Advise hiring managers and maintain a high hiring bar across regions.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, and Compensation on global hires.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes for quality and speed.
• Provide market insights to influence hiring decisions.
