Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Recruitment Lead based in Ireland to oversee a remote international team of Recruitment Specialists, guiding candidate assessments, client communication, and hiring outcomes.

You will coach recruiters, manage pipelines, run weekly metrics, and partner with the founders to refine processes. This hands-on leadership role offers growth into Recruitment Manager as the team expands, with fully remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or high-growth environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruiters, or senior recruiters moving into leadership.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with clear evaluations.
• Ability to deliver direct feedback that improves performance.
• Excellent client-facing communication with timely updates.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (marketing, sales, operations).
• Organizational and time-management skills for multiple pipelines.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools including BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team, ensure high-quality searches and client updates.
• Coach interview techniques and improve candidate evaluation scores.
• Attend client interviews, provide actionable feedback, and share outcomes.
• Manage weekly performance scoreboard and track placements per specialist.
• Monitor pipelines for delays and intervene to keep searches moving.
• Provide weekly written updates to clients on open positions through to offer.
• Coordinate handover to People Lead after offers and identify new opportunities.
• Handle one or two searches independently from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Assign new searches based on capacity and role requirements.
• Train new recruiters and refine standard operating procedures with founders.
• Identify performance concerns early and enforce corrective actions.
• Track KPIs like 90-day retention and submission timelines for continuous improvement.
• Follow a structured onboarding plan (30/60/90) toward team ownership.
