Crusoe Energy Systems in Dublin seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to drive our recruiting engine, managing high-volume interview schedules across global time zones, ensuring a seamless candidate journey and front-line ambassador role.

You will partner with People Operations, IT, and Workplace teams, maintain ATS hygiene, and implement process improvements while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations-focused role (e.g., Recruiting Coordinator, EA) in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage confidential candidate data with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Advanced calendar management across multiple time zones.
• Experience scaling recruiting processes in high-growth settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and onboarding workflows.
• Experience coordinating interview days and events.
• Experience supporting executives or cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling logistics and multi-stage interview coordination across global time zones.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and track candidate progression through interview stages.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and consistency in recruiting operations.
• Collaborate with People Operations, IT, and Workplace teams for onboarding and events.
• Communicate travel and interview details to candidates as Crusoe’s frontline ambassador.
• Support onboarding handoffs and hiring events to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance in recruiting operations.
