Job summary

Andopen is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to run the engine behind our hiring. You’ll own scheduling, candidate communication, and day-to-day logistics to ensure every interview feels organized and personal.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and the People team across time zones, helping build scalable recruiting processes as the company grows and representing Andopen with warmth and care to every candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear and warm written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby) and Google Workspace.
• Discretion handling confidential information in fast-moving environments.
• Proactive, low-ego approach in a startup setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone screens, interview loops, and debriefs across multiple time zones.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to build a qualified pipeline.
• Lead internal intake meetings to align stakeholders on roles and candidates.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates from first call to offer.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the ATS.
• Prepare interview kits, scorecards, and briefing notes for teams.
• Draft and post job descriptions and manage listings.
• Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
• Track time-to-hire and pipeline metrics, flag bottlenecks.
• Support employer branding, careers page content, events, and candidate feedback.
• Identify process gaps and develop scalable templates/workflows.
