Job summary

HubSpot in Ireland seeks a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business using inbound selling strategies. Based from your home office in an inside sales model, you will run online demos and close opportunities with mid-sized companies across Ireland and select European markets.

You will identify challenges, forecast and manage pipelines, and build strong relationships with prospects and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing sales experience.
• Fluency in English and any languages from the CEE territory.
• Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian or Greek are advantageous.
• Strong prospecting skills.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Track record of high performance (e.g. over quota or President's Club).
• Sharp focus on goals and execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges prospects face and research best solutions.
• Consistently close new business at or above quota.
• Nurture relationships with qualified opportunities at mid-sized companies.
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
