HubSpot is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive mid-market sales for Central & East Europe with a remote-first setup in Ireland. You will leverage inbound strategies, run online demos, and close deals with mid-sized clients, primarily from home office in an inside sales model.

The role emphasizes English fluency and knowledge of CEE languages, plus a track record of exceeding quotas. You’ll work with marketing/tech to refine sales strategies and help HubSpot grow globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing sales experience.
• Fluency in English and any languages from the CEE territory.
• Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian or Greek are a distinct advantage.
• Strong prospecting skills.
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Track record of high performance (quota attainment).
• Goal-oriented with strong follow-through.
