Job summary

Winsearch is seeking a National Sales Engineer/Manager for environmental solutions to cover Ireland, including Northern Ireland. The role is fully remote with a base salary up to €90,000, plus an 18.5% bonus and a €600/month car allowance.

Travel across Ireland and extensive field activity are required to win strategic accounts and develop new markets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales, a proven hunter mentality, and experience selling technical/environmental solutions to industrial

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' successful B2B sales experience.
Strong track record of winning new business and developing customer relationships.
Experience selling technical solutions, industrial services, engineering solutions, environmental services, process equipment, water treatment, chemicals, energy, utilities, or related products.
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to engage confidently with plant managers, engineers, environmental managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams.
Highly self-motivated with a genuine hunter mentality.
Full driving licence.
Based within the Republic of Ireland.
Willingness to travel extensively across Ireland with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Own and develop the Ireland territory, covering both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across strategic industrial markets.
Develop relationships with decision-makers at multiple levels within customer organisations.
Provide commercially and technically focused solutions with support from specialist internal teams.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to proposal and contract award.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and sales forecast through Salesforce CRM.
Work closely with internal sales and technical colleagues to deliver best-in-class customer solutions.
Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Drive growth across a region with significant opportunities for further market expansion.
