Responsibilities

• Run the team day to day, providing direction and oversight of customer accounts.
• Set and manage annual targets with margin and profitability as priorities.
• Monitor key accounts, product lines and suppliers against targets and act quickly if off track.
• Build direct relationships with top customers and suppliers; represent the business at senior meetings.
• Deliver regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques and market awareness.
• Coordinate with operations and other functions to align customer expectations with feasibility.
