Job summary

DESOTEC Desotec NV in Ireland seeks a results-driven Sales Hunter to identify and win new business across key industries. You will travel regularly, align technical solutions with client needs, and manage opportunities in Salesforce.

Role requires a minimum of 3 years' sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, fluency in English, and a hunter mentality. You’ll work from a home office with occasional visits to Belgium HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience focusing on new client acquisition.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex solutions.
• Experience in biogas, chemicals, water treatment, soil remediation or environmental techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities in strategic target markets; participate in international trade fairs.
• Provide technical and commercial solution support to clients with in-house experts; tailor solutions accordingly.
• Travel regularly (~3 days per week) within the region with overnight stays, including occasional trips to Belgium.
• Actively track opportunities in Salesforce and maintain follow-ups with prospects at multiple levels (process engineering, plant management, environmental, purchasing).
• Prepare and present offers in collaboration with Internal Sales, handling requests promptly.
