Job summary

Flowtec Group in Ireland is seeking a Sales Manager for Industrial Environmental Services to open doors, win new clients, and tailor solutions with in-house specialists. You will own the territory with autonomy from a home office and drive growth across key Irish industries.

You will travel regularly (about three days a week), represent the company at events, and manage your pipeline in a CRM while collaborating with European sales leadership to deliver results and maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record, minimum 3 years, in industrial/environmental sectors is a plus.
• Based in Ireland, able to cover the wider region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by targeting strategic markets and developing opportunities.
• Shape tailored proposals with in-house specialists to meet client needs.
• Travel regularly within your territory (roughly three days a week) with occasional overnight stays.
• Manage your sales pipeline in a CRM and follow up with contacts across procurement, process engineering and plant management.
• Quote preparation and timely responses in partnership with the internal sales team.
