Job summary

Elis Ireland is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to drive new business across the Industrial Commercial sector in the Republic of Ireland. This field-based role involves regular travel and full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will build a strong pipeline, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to onboard clients while targeting ambitious sales goals and maintaining CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B new business sales experience.
• Industrial Commercial Services (workwear sector experience) advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new industrial services business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
