Broadline Recruitment Group Ltd. is seeking a Direct Sales Executive to cover the Republic of Ireland. The role is field-based with a Dublin 12 base, requiring a science background and strong sales drive.

You will manage accounts, visit customers nationwide, demonstrate products, and close deals while maintaining CRM records. The ideal candidate has a science degree and 2+ years in field sales, is flexible for travel, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Third level degree in a scientific discipline is desired.
• 2+ years’ experience in field sales or business development, ideally from a scientific industry
• Full clean Irish driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Ireland, including overnight stays where necessary.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers to maximise retention and growth.
• Conduct regular customer visits across Ireland.
• Present scientific products and technical solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and tailor product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and feedback.
