As Business Manager for the GTM org, you’ll sit with the CRO and coordinate with VPs across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to ensure timely decisions and outcomes. Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into a GTM plan with objectives, key results and initiatives.
• Run regular GTM leadership cadences, assess progress, and sharpen next steps.
• Deliver GTM quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Maintain a connected GTM operation with leadership meetings, reviews and planning cycles.
• Be a trusted partner to GTM leadership and proactively close operational gaps.
• Diagnose friction between teams and broker fast, pragmatic resolutions.
• Bridge sales, marketing, partnerships and RevOps to speed decision to delivery.
