Partner Company in Ireland is seeking a GTM Operations Manager to build and optimize the systems, workflows, and automations that connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth. You will translate customer signals into timely insights and engage effectively across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI-powered tools.

This hands-on, remote-first role offers autonomy to own projects from scoping through rollout, with a focus on data quality, scalable processes, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in go-to-market, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations with proven operational improvements.
• Practical Salesforce experience (objects, relationships, fields, flows, data management) and ability to build or improve functionality.
• Experience building workflows in marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable) including segmentation, triggers, and integrations.
• Experience developing or implementing AI-powered workflows with measurable efficiency improvements.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to trace issues across systems and validate data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage projects independently, communicate trade-offs, and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written communication to document processes and inform stakeholders.
• Attention to data accuracy, audience definitions, and synchronization processes.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market workflows end-to-end; define success metrics; manage implementation and improvements.
• Optimize lead and account handoffs with data enrichment, routing, alerts, and follow-ups.
• Support customer lifecycle programs with segmentation, triggers, data sync, QA, and measurement.
• Maintain reliable data flows across CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle, and product-usage systems; resolve issues with data owners.
• Build, test, and monitor automations; plan for edge cases, failures, and recovery.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows for enrichment, research, qualification, and QA; measure impact.
• Document workflows; maintain guides; assist onboarding; gather stakeholder feedback; improve adoption.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards tracking workflow health, handoffs, campaigns, data quality, and adoption.
