Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at high-growth or high-bar environments.
• Proven track record of hiring for GTM functions (Sales, Technical Solutions, RevOps, Partnerships, User Ops).
• Strong talent judgment to assess experience and potential and raise the bar.
• Comfortable acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders amid ambiguity.
• Highly execution-oriented with the ability to run multiple complex searches.
• Skilled at building pipelines from scratch in competitive or emerging markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions and cultures.
• Experience with modern recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and openness to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, from scoping and calibration to offer and close.
• Build and execute proactive, data-informed sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, maintaining a high hiring bar.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the company’s values.
• Navigate global hiring environments by coordinating with People, Legal, and Compensation.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes to increase quality and velocity.
• Bring market intelligence to stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.
