Job summary

Oyster is seeking a Business Manager for the GTM organization. You will partner with the CRO and VP-level leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to ensure alignment, cadence, and delivery of the GTM plan in a fast-growing, fully distributed company.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, design the operating rhythm, and own strategic internal communications to keep GTM aligned with leadership priorities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy consulting, or a similar cross-functional operating role.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a GTM plan with OKRs and key initiatives, driving focus across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps.
