Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Global GTM Talent Lead to own hiring for the Revenue organization worldwide. You will serve as the CRO’s primary talent partner and lead regional Talent leaders across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC.

Your mandate is to ensure high-quality, fast, and predictable hiring to support revenue commitments. This remote-first role can be executed from anywhere, with preference for US-East or GMT timezones.

Qualifications

• You have led Talent through hypergrowth at a company that grew 3x or more in two years, owning delivery of hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones.
• You have built and led teams of recruiting leaders, with a track record of developing strong managers, improving performance, and making necessary people decisions.
• You have been a trusted advisor to executives, shaping decisions and changing plans through your insight and judgment.
• You bring deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent, alongside a clear view of how recruiting should evolve.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the global Revenue hiring strategy, translating business priorities into plans for each region and aligning with leadership and Finance.
• Build, develop, and lead a global recruiting organization, coaching regional Talent leaders and ensuring staffing capacity matches priorities.
• Own hiring outcomes and the global bar for revenue talent, partnering with Revenue leaders to define excellence by role and level.
• Make hiring measurably better by building relationships with CRO and cross-functional partners and improving processes with AI where appropriate.
