Job summary

OpenAI seeks an experienced GTM Recruiter to help build critical teams across Technical Solutions and Sales. You will partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies, navigate global markets, and drive end-to-end searches with a focus on quality and culture fit.

Report to regional recruiting lead and collaborate with global recruiting, People, and business leadership to scale our GTM organisation thoughtfully and with high integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven GTM hiring experience (Sales, Technical Solutions, RevOps, Partnerships).
• Strong talent judgment; ability to assess experience and potential.
• Strategic partner to senior stakeholders; navigate ambiguity.
• Execution-focused; manage multiple searches with quality.
• Skilled at building pipelines in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and cross-regional collaboration.
• Data-informed approach using insights to guide decisions.
• Experience with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles from scope to close.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into talent plans.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent globally.
• Advise hiring managers and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience aligned with OpenAI values.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, and Compensation to ensure compliance.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes for quality and velocity.
• Provide market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
