Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to partner with senior leaders and shape how we attract, assess, and hire top GTM talent globally. You’ll own searches end-to-end, influence hiring strategies, and build diverse pipelines to support our growth across Sales, Technical Solutions, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven GTM functions hiring experience (Sales, Solutions, Partnerships, RevOps).
• Strong talent judgment for experience and potential, raising the bar.
• Strategic partner to senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity.
• Execution-focused with the ability to manage multiple searches.
• Experience building pipelines in competitive or emerging markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions.
• Data-informed approach to guide decisions and outcomes.
• Experience with modern recruiting tools like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles from scope to close.
• Define hiring strategies with senior leaders and translate priorities into talent plans.
• Build proactive, diverse pipelines across global markets.
• Advise hiring managers, maintain high hiring standards.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, and Compensation to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Improve recruiting processes to increase quality and velocity.
• Share market insights to influence talent strategy.
