Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive outbound B2B sales across Europe from Ireland. You will build targeted campaigns, identify high-potential accounts, and engage decision-makers to create qualified opportunities using phone, email, and LinkedIn.

You will work remotely in a multilingual, international team with clear performance goals and opportunities to grow into discovery calls and product demonstrations as you develop expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outbound B2B sales experience with cold calling.
• Experience in SaaS or complex B2B solutions is valued.
• Excellent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to research accounts and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted outbound campaigns for Europe.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts.
