Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B sales experience with new customer acquisition.
- Experience selling loyalty, CRM, or marketing solutions.
- Proven full-cycle sales ownership from discovery to contract signature.
- Experience selling to SMEs with multiple concurrent opportunities.
- Fluency in German and English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to signed agreements.
- Conduct consultative discovery to identify loyalty opportunities.
