Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise SaaS sales across the EMEA region from Ireland. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.

You will build strategic account plans, engage with senior decision-makers, and collaborate with Legal and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that create long-term value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales
• Proven experience managing enterprise sales cycles
• Strong strategic account management with senior stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA from Ireland, including prospecting to closing.
• Develop strategic account plans for high-priority targets and align activities with business objectives.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through proactive outreach and collaboration with marketing.
• Lead complex negotiations with Legal and internal teams to structure favorable agreements.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and manage multiple opportunities to hit revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal and other teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
