Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Project Manager EMEA to lead enterprise client onboarding and oversee technical integration of messaging campaigns. This fully remote role is based in Ireland and requires organizing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to keep projects moving.

You will manage multiple projects, define KPIs, document timelines, and drive scalable onboarding playbooks while communicating clearly with English-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS or martech.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects with competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management to align internal teams and clients.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or CRM tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise client onboarding end-to-end, including setup, registrations, template approvals, and technical integrations with APIs/CRM.
• Plan and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts, including classification, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as primary project contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, leading status meetings and managing expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and clients, balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, milestones, status updates, and performance tracking.
• Define, monitor, and communicate project KPIs, timelines, risks, and progress.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, contributing to scalable onboarding and playbooks.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers and resolve with appropriate internal support.
• Build efficient, repeatable processes that improve the customer experience and support growth.
