Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sales Development Representative – Enterprise Sales for Ireland, with remote-first work flexibility. You will lead outbound campaigns, identify senior stakeholders, and qualify opportunities across European markets.

Collaborate with Account Executives to build a robust sales pipeline and drive meaningful conversations with prospects. You will research target accounts, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency (C1/C2) with strong spoken and written skills.
• Interest in sales development, enterprise sales, or outbound prospecting.
• Comfort with cold calling and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Results-focused with high activity discipline and measurable goals.
• Experience using or willingness to learn HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured outbound prospecting campaigns across European markets.
• Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Support meetings and ensure smooth handover to sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity histories in the CRM.
• Monitor outreach performance and pursue defined sales targets.
• Share insights to improve lead generation and messaging.
• Collaborate with the international sales team in a high-performance environment.
