Job summary

Workato is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative in Ireland to join a growing sales team. You will generate opportunities through outbound activities, build a strong qualified pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive revenue.

The role requires 1+ years of Sales Development experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and using MEDDPICC qualification.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Sales Development experience required, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up qualified meetings for the Sales Team and help build pipeline and revenue.
• Conduct outbound activities including email, calls, LinkedIn messaging and video prospecting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure success.
• Understand target accounts and map budgets, stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and continually improve through engagement.
