Job summary
Jobgether is seeking a Sales Manager (Account Executives) for a fully remote role based in Ireland. You will lead a distributed EMEA team, shape regional strategy, and drive revenue growth through coaching, data-driven decisions, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Product to translate market insights into GTM plans. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience with 2–3 years in management, strong SaaS knowledge, and English plus another major European language.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in a management role.
- Proven track record in leading distributed sales teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech is highly desirable.
- English fluency plus another major European language is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a remote team of Account Executives across the EMEA region.
- Set targets, KPIs, and individual goals to drive performance.
- Conduct regular coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance meetings.
- Develop regional sales strategy and go-to-market plans.
- Oversee end-to-end sales process from lead to closure and forecast accurately.
