Job summary

Tines is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and expansion across our growing customer base. You will own onboarding, value realization, and post‑sales growth, coordinating with Sales, Support, Marketing and Product to maximize the platform's impact for IT, security, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management or customer success.
• Experience with SaaS offerings for technical teams.
• Ability to ask questions to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Knows how to coordinate with internal resources and leadership.
• Familiarity with APIs and how they function.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, adoption and renewal activities.
• Lead value conversations and business reviews.
• Translate customer needs to Product and Engineering.
• Build account plans and identify expansion opportunities.
• Monitor dashboards and customer health metrics.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Marketing on strategic initiatives.
