Jobgether is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager based in Ireland to manage the full customer journey for API and data product clients. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, Engineering, and Marketing to translate customer needs into actionable improvements that drive growth.

This is a remote-first role with autonomy to shape customer success practices and impact our data products business.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account Management, or a similar role.
• Experience with APIs or data products or related technical roles.
• Ability to discuss APIs, integrations, data flows, and implementation challenges; coding is not essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide customers.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability to drive issues to resolution.
• Clear, concise English communication for diverse audiences.
• Commercial mindset to identify opportunities to increase customer value.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of customers using one or more APIs, focusing on net revenue retention and growth.
• Develop customer success plans with objectives, milestones and next steps.
• Lead regular meetings to maintain engagement and progression of projects.
• Recommend data products, API endpoints, and integration approaches aligned with customer goals.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Identify risks early and develop adoption and renewal strategies.
• Own renewals and coordinate expansion opportunities with Sales.
