Job summary

Tines is seeking a Project Manager to join the global Customer Success team. You will lead Professional Services engagements and oversee enterprise onboarding for complex use cases and large-scale migrations in a remote, EMEA-hours role.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers and engineers to ensure timely delivery, manage timelines, and mitigate risks while driving scalable onboarding and expansion across enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex, multi‑tier projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in technical implementations, migrations, or software onboarding.
• Experience in Cybersecurity, IT, or Business Operations is highly preferred.
• PM tooling such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, Looker/Omni used to track progress.
• Certifications like PMP, CAPM, CSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Professional Services engagements and drive rapid platform adoption per SOW.
• Own end-to-end project management from kickoff to UAT and closure.
• Identify and unblock technical blockers for customers and engineers.
• Present tailored progress reports and manage risks and communications.
• Partner with CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer success.
