Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and annual targets for MSP opportunities.
• Be a trusted advisor and industry expert throughout the process.
• Stay current on competitors and identify strengths/weaknesses.
• Influence decisions and negotiate win‑win solutions with clients.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Account Management.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and forecast in the CRM.
