G-P is a global, remote-first employer helping clients build diverse, compliant teams worldwide. The Benefits Operations Manager will streamline benefits workflows, define SOPs, and ensure data integrity across the platform, partnering with Product to implement new benefit setups.

You will manage enrollment, changes, and billing accuracy, support customers and professionals, and drive improvements through cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience improving operational workflows and eliminating fragmentation.
• Strong analytical skills with emphasis on data accuracy and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving for customer-facing escalations.

Responsibilities

• Streamline benefits operations workflows into centralized, efficient processes.
• Define, document, and maintain SOPs and workflows for benefits operations.
• Oversee data management and reconciliation for professionals and benefits enrollment changes.
• Handle inquiries from professionals and customers regarding benefits and resolve escalations.
• Ensure accuracy of billing data and coordinate with Product on benefits changes.
