• Knowledge of benefits management.

Responsibilities

• Streamline benefits operations workflows into centralized, efficient processes.
• Define, document, and maintain SOPs and workflows for all benefits operations.
• Oversee data management and reconciliation for professionals.
• Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations for professionals.
• Manage vouchers not reported through payroll.
• Handle general inquiries from professionals and customers regarding benefits.
• Address and resolve complex benefits issues and escalations.
• Conduct benefit plan comparisons for customers.
• Ensure billing data accuracy and collaborate with Product on plan changes.
• Capture updated payroll and billing data for renewals.
• Support implementation of new benefit rollouts.
• Communicate benefits changes to customers and professionals.
