G-P is seeking a highly organized Benefits Operations Manager to streamline and oversee our employee benefits programs. You will define SOPs, manage enrollment and billing data, and support benefit implementations and escalations with professionals and customers.

Responsibilities

• Streamline benefits operations workflows into centralized, scalable processes.
• Define and maintain SOPs and workflows for benefits operations.
• Oversee data management and reconciliation for professionals.
• Manage benefits enrollment, changes and terminations, with manual support when needed.
• Handle vouchers not reported through payroll.
• Provide customer and professional support for benefits inquiries and escalations.
• Ensure billing data accuracy and collaborate with Product on changes.
• Capture updated payroll and billing data for renewals and rollouts.
