The role requires 5–10 years in HR Operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce. The position offers a competitive base salary with variable components in a dynamic growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance, or relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in HR Operations, including end-to-end lifecycle.
• Experience in centralized HR shared service center operation management for EMEA.
• Strong leadership to manage cross-regional staff.
• Fluent English; additional EMEA languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA SSC HR Operations team across multiple countries.
• Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for client‑supported professionals.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, payroll, benefits, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and Tech teams for smooth onboarding.
