Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Operations Manager to join our Finance team. This remote role supports payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, and Estonia, with responsibility for end-to-end processes across 15+ countries.

The candidate should bring 7+ years in payroll with global exposure, HRIS proficiency, and strong project-management skills to drive accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll experience with global exposure.
• Knowledge of US/EMEA/international payroll processes preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Degree in accounting/finance; MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global payroll operations across 15+ countries.
• Forecasting, reporting, and balancing to GL; track bonus and severance accruals.
• Vendor management for payroll systems with SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure tax compliance and ESOP/exercise process support.
• Lead payroll initiatives and enrollment projects for benefits.
