Job summary

Noel Recruitment Incorporated Ltd. is seeking Relief Chefs for Cork and surrounding areas to cover morning shifts from 7am to 3pm. Roles include both full-time and part-time options, with a dedicated consultant to manage scheduling and placements designed to help you excel and develop skills.

Candidates should have 1-2 years in a professional kitchen, relevant food safety certificates, and strong teamwork and communication abilities. No visa opportunities are available for this role.

• All relevant food safety certificates along with manual handling
• A passion for food and service

Responsibilities

• To prepare food in the kitchen while maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness
• To adhere to all health and safety guidelines while on site
• To adhere to any SOPs set out on site
• Assist with menu planning to ensure gross profit margin is achieved
• To ensure the highest standards in stock control, portion control and quality control
• Provide professional customer service when needed and respect to all other staff within the kitchen/restaurant

Relief Chefs needed in Cork and the surrounding areas for morning shifts 7am to 3pm

We are looking for chefs of all levels for some varying roles throughout Cork. If you are looking for early morning shifts with diverse posts day to day, then this is the role for you.

We can offer full-time or part-time shifts to suit your schedule, whether you are looking for 1-2 days or 5 days per week we have the shift for you!

Please note there is NO VISA OPPORTUNITIES with this role.

Candidates will have a dedicated consultant to manage their schedule, who will strive to place candidates in roles where they can excel and develop their skills.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• To prepare food in the kitchen while maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness.
