Qualifications

• 1-2 years proven track record in a professional kitchen as a chef.
• Food safety certificates and manual handling certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in the kitchen to high quality and cleanliness.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines on site.
• Follow SOPs on site.
• Assist with menu planning to achieve gross profit margin.
• Ensure stock, portion and quality control.
• Provide professional customer service and respect to staff.
