Location: On site / Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland job type: Permanent / Full or part-time Sector and subsector: Arts | Hospitality Hourly Salary range:from € 18.00 to € 19.00

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Relief Chef for a healthcare site in Co Louth.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of the Kitchen and maintain high standards of food preparation and service.

Can you?

• Prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
• Supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.
• Follow and implement menu cycles on a monthly basis.
• Operatethe HACCPand Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a healthcare kitchen.
• In depth knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in high pressure situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a Healthcare environment an advantage but not essential.
