Job summary

Carroll Joinery Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to sell pre-hung door sets across South Leinster and Munster. This full-time, field-based role involves developing new business and managing relationships with construction clients.

You will conduct site visits, deliver product presentations, prepare quotations, and coordinate with manufacturing to meet delivery timelines. Travel and excellent communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven field or regional sales experience in construction products.
• Strong relationship-building with contractors, site managers and procurement teams.
• Solid understanding of sales processes: lead gen, qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications for doors and joinery.
• Willingness to travel within South Leinster and Munster; clean driving license preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; hands-on CRM usage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business in the assigned territory.
• Manage relationships with existing construction and home-building clients.
• Conduct site visits and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals.
