Sales Representative – North West Ireland (Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Galway & Leitrim)

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Representative to join a growing and successful organisation covering the North West of Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business opportunities, building long‑term customer relationships, and growing market share across a large territory.

The successful candidate will manage an established territory while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities throughout Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Galway and Leitrim.

This role would suit candidates with previous experience in field sales, business development, account management, technical sales, construction sales, industrial sales, or B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and presentations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Sales Representative, Business Development, Territory Sales or Account Management role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial, retail or related sectors would be an advantage.
