Job summary

Carroll Joinery Ltd is seeking a Sales Specification Manager to develop relationships with architects, engineers and design teams across Ireland. This full-time field-based role focuses on identifying projects early and securing doorset solutions within project specifications and tender documents.

The candidate will work with internal teams, deliver technical information, CPDs, and provide specification support while traveling to client sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in technical sales and sales with construction clients.
• Account management skills including pipeline and long-term partnerships.
• Ability to provide technical support and interpret specifications.
• Strong customer service with clarity and professional communication.
• Knowledge of joinery/building products is advantageous.
• Proficiency with CRM and common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with specifiers and design professionals.
• Identify and track projects from design through tender.
• Promote Carroll Joinery's technical doorset solutions.
• Deliver CPDs, technical information and specification support.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of specification opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to convert specifications into orders.
