Crane Worldwide Logistics Ireland Ltd is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead strategic development for a client or group of clients. You will manage complex internal and external networks, influence decision makers, and drive both retention and growth with regional/global alignment.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years successful sales or account management or operations experience in freight forwarding, logistics and/or transportation
• Experience with CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service and problem solving abilities

Aufgaben

• Client facing role that manages the overall business relationship
• Account mapping and aligning regional/global teams
• Run weekly and quarterly business reviews and ensure they are prepared
• Ensure SOPs are understood and followed across Crane Worldwide offices servicing the account
• Enter meeting notes and action items into CRM and share with global network
• Travel within region to visit accounts and review procedures
• Identify growth opportunities and develop tactics with internal resources
• Maintain rates and monitor monthly yield
• Ensure timely payments and assist with collections on past due invoices
• Develop and implement business development plans with short and long-term objectives
