National Vehicle Distribution (NVD) is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management of key accounts across Ireland and the UK. You will coordinate activities, drive customer satisfaction, and lead work through ERP and Salesforce, plus related project management tools.

The role requires a business or logistics degree, proven account-management experience in fast-paced environments, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a full driving license.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in key account management within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Organization and time-management competences to meet multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Full clean driving license – Class B

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, plan and manage customer account activities and key projects through NVD’s ecosystem.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular check-ins and clear communication of needs and goals.
• Respond to customer requirements, including onsite visits when required.
• Handle customer queries professionally and timely.
• Ensure issues are raised to the right people and help resolve complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate requirements into operational plans.
• Support capacity planning and prioritise customer needs.
• Promote the voice of the customer across the business.
• Maintain thorough record keeping of all activities and generate reports as required.
