Job summary

National Vehicle Distribution (NVD) in Ireland is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management of key accounts across our Ireland and UK sites. You will plan and execute account activities, collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams to meet targets, and lead initiatives using ERP, Salesforce CRM and project management tools.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field, proven key account experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in key account management within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Organization and time-management competences to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and manage customer account activities and key projects through NVD’s ecosystem.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular check-ins and clear communication.
• Respond to customer requirements, including onsite visits when required.
• Handle customer queries professionally and timely.
• Maintain records of all customer account activities and generate reports.
