Job summary

Datadog in Ireland is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to deliver high-volume interview scheduling and logistics. This hands-on IC role focuses on operational execution, SLAs, and building partnerships with recruiters and stakeholders.

You will manage ATS postings, provide training where needed, and continuously improve scheduling dashboards while ensuring a top-notch candidate experience across remote and onsite interviews.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of admin work experience or 1 year in a Recruiting Coordinator role.
• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Clear and concise written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• High-volume interview scheduling within established SLAs.
• Manage interview logistics for remote and onsite, and communications with candidates and interviewers.
• Interview day support: rescheduling, logistics, travel, expenses and real-time recovery.
• Managing job postings in ATS and keeping externally published information accurate and compliant.
• ATS hygiene: stage accuracy, feedback chasing, scorecard completion.
• Scheduling dashboard hygiene and operational excellence reporting.
• Offer letters management with attention to regional nuances.
• Team queue coverage and escalation of blockers.
• Report on workload, KPIs and SLAs; own performance and improvements.
• Partner with recruiters, regional and global coordinators and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders, delivering prompt feedback.
• Future onboarding support and training for new team members, stretch projects when bandwidth allows.
• Identify and remove roadblocks with leadership guidance.
• Navigate a changing environment to support evolving business needs.
