Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment processes at a fast-paced company.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all scheduling logistics from request to interview conclusion.
• Coordinate across teams, time zones, and locations.
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel arrangements.
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, text, and email.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve the interview process.
• Host onsite interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
