Job summary

Datadog is hiring a Recruiter to shape the candidate experience and act as the face of recruiting. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to closing, across multiple roles in a hybrid Dublin setting.

You will partner with leadership to design interview processes, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep data clean in Greenhouse. A strong focus on selling the Datadog story and delivering an excellent interview experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing skills to identify top talent
• Ability to manage multiple positions independently
• Strong negotiating and closing skills
• Urgency in recruiting lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent for open roles via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies
• Screen candidates to match role requirements
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes
• Ensure timely follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates
• Improve recruitment processes through training interview teams
• Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain data
• Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience
