Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage all interview scheduling and related logistics, partnering with Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers. You will drive candidate experience and identify process improvements to streamline scheduling across teams and time zones.

The role requires excellent communication, proactive thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative culture in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, growing company as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requests across teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics related to interview scheduling from receipt of scheduling request to conclusion of interview process
• Process requests that have additional difficulty such as scheduling across different teams, timezones, and locations
• Assist prospective candidates with travel and hotel accommodations through Egencia
• Update candidate records and manage interview coordination requests in Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop (scheduling tool)
• Navigate interviewers' complex and dynamic schedules, and work with interviewers who have EAs
• Correspond with candidates via phone, text, and email
• Find opportunities for interview process and system improvement, including identifying bottlenecks to improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Greet candidates with poise and confidence, facilitate the onsite interview process, and ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiting Coordination team)
• Participate in the development of our Recruiting Coordination team through assisting with new team member onboarding
• Contribute towards team success by offering help when bandwidth allows, participating in team meetings and events
