Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for the Iberia SMB market, based in Dublin. You will own the full sales cycle, targeting new business and expansion, selling Salesforce AI and Data solutions to C-level stakeholders across Iberia.

You will balance prospecting with account growth, using a consultative approach to demonstrate ROI and value, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to close deals and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Quota carrying, technology-solution based direct sales experience.
• Create territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Uncover customer processes, challenges, and goals from use cases and value hypotheses.
• Identify compelling value propositions addressing customer needs with tech insights.
• Interact with customers clearly using writing, speech, presentations, and tools (Whiteboarding, Slack, Slides, Zoom).
• Leverage available resources and tools to drive results.
• Collaborate with account teams and partners to support deals and success.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for Iberia SMB accounts.
• Drive new business and expansion within assigned set.
• Apply a consultative approach to match Salesforce AI/Data solutions to goals.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BDR, pre-sales, and marketing to optimize funnel.
