Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin is seeking an Account Executive to own the Iberia SMB sales cycle, focusing on new business and strategic expansion. Based in our Dublin hub, you will position Salesforce Customer 360 and AI-driven solutions to solve customer challenges, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, lead discovery and value-based proposals, manage end-to-end deals, and develop territory plans to hit aggressive growth targets in Iberia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying sales experience with technology solutions.
• Proven ability to sell complex AI/Data/CRM platforms.
• Familiar with MEDDIC, Challenger, or value-based selling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Iberia SMB sales cycle from lead to close.
• Balance new business with expansion within existing accounts.
• Lead territory/account planning and prospecting to hit targets.
• Collaborate with BD, pre-sales, and marketing to optimize the funnel.
• Develop relationships with C-level decision-makers and executives.
